药理毒理:本品为细胞周期特异性抗肿瘤药物，抑制细胞内微管蛋白的聚合，阻止增殖细胞有丝分裂中的纺锤体的形成，使细胞分裂停于有丝分裂中期，本品具有抗瘤谱广功效
Pharmaco-toxicological:It`s a mitotic cycle specificity anti-tumor medicine, in the suppressor cell microtubule protein’s polymerization, in the impediment multiplication cell mitosis’s spindle’s formation, causes the cell division to stop in the mitosis intermediate stage, it has an anti-lump spectrum broad effect .
药代动力学:本品不与血浆蛋白结合,主要经胆汁分泌到肠道排泄,约有10%经尿液排出.口服后，血浆中的药物浓度迅速下降，广泛分布于脾脏，肺，肝脏，周围神经和淋巴结等的浓度为血浆浓度的数倍。
Pharmacokinetics:The goods does`nt plasma protein binding, mainly by the excretion of bile secreted into the intestine, about 10 percent from the urine. Orally, the drug concentration in plasma decreased rapidly and extensively distributed in the spleen, lung, liver, lymph nodes and peripheral nerve such as the concentration of plasma concentration several times.
适应症:1 消化道肿瘤（肝癌，胃癌 胰腺癌 食道癌 胆管癌 胆囊癌 大肠癌 贲门癌 结肠癌）
2 呼吸道肿瘤（肺癌 鼻咽癌）
3 造血系统（: 急性白血病 慢性粒细胞性白血病 慢性淋巴细胞性白血病）
Indications:
1 Gastrointestinal tumors (liver, stomach, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, colon cancer, cardiac cancer, colon cancer)
2 Respiratory tract tumors (lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma)
3 Hematopoietic system (malignant lymphoma, acute leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia)
用法用量:一日3次，每次1粒或遵医嘱

不良反应:1、骨髓抑制：最常见的为白细胞降低，其次为血小板降低，对血红蛋白有一定影响。 2、胃肠道反应：轻度食欲减低，恶心和呕吐。 3、神经毒性：可逆性的末梢神经炎,可有腹胀、便秘。 4、有生殖毒性和致畸作用：孕妇不宜使用。

不良反应:
1：过敏反应：发生率19%其中严重过敏反应2%。2：骨髓抑制：表现为中性粒细胞减少，血小板降低少见，一般发生在7-12日。严重中性粒细胞发生率23%，血小板下降3%。3：胃肠反应：恶心，呕吐，腹泻和黏膜炎发生率分别为39%，28%和12%，一般为轻和中度。4：肝脏毒性：为ALT，AST和AKP升高。5：脱发：发生率为18%
Untoward effect:1 Anaphylaxis: Formation rate 19% serious allergic reaction 2%.
